Terms: You agree to a 12 month subscription plan in which you pay $30/per month plus state tax of 7% if residing in Nebraska each month for the first 12 months. After 12 months you will own the design and have options for continued hosting and maintenance under same terms upon renewal.

Early Termination within the first year of your subscription: you are presented with (3) options:

1. Cancel your hosting subscription - no further payment required - website is terminated, the website design is placed up for auction through this site.

2. Continue original hosting subscription agreement ($30 per month through remaining 12 months) allows owner access to the site to assume responsibility for updates/maintenance [design intact]

3. Owner becomes administrator: No hosting, no maintenance - total take over w/design [as is] - pay in full any remaining balance in your 12 month subscription plan upon release of website design
